I would amend that to "CDRWin or proven equivalent software is required...."
There is also the issue of proper audio extraction. This seems to me to be more
important than the burning portion of the process. If the extraction is done
right, it's pretty hard to fuck up the rest, no? Isn't that the rationale for the
switch to SHN for the Zeppelin Digital trees?

So rule a. should be further amended to state: "EAC and CDRWin or proven
equivalent software is required, and the branch MUST know how to use it."

I say "proven equivalent software" because there are plenty of people burning
with Macintosh computers (myself included). Exact Audio Copy does not exist for
Mac, but there are comparable extraction utilities. And beyond that, there is the
fact that MacOS is a more stable system for CD-R copying to start with.

I have no problem with rules b. and c.
