The blues songs and pseudo-cover-songs were credited to all 4 members 
equally as a matter of standard policy.  I suspect that the songs on the 
1st album were credited to Bonham partly as a way of showing that this new 
group wasn't just a front for a couple of session musicians.

I don't know about the other songs, but I know that Bonzo was known to 
come up with a riff or two on occasion (I think "The Ocean" was his).  I 
doubt he ever contributed any lyrics (aside from coming up with the title 
of "Out On The Tiles", which came from an old drinking song).
