Bummer. And not surprising. In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy the music
they send my way every week. 

As to the argument that the Vault is using the music to hawk their other
wares (t-shirts, posters, etc.), that's gotta just be lawyer-speak. They
were selling that stuff long before they started releasing music through the
Vault, and it's pretty specific high-end rock memorabilia in any case, which
has a limited market. If you're the kind of person who wants it (like me),
you know where to search for it, and hearing some "live" Elvin Bishop sure
ain't gonna affect your decision to plunk down four grand on a Hendrix
poster.
