chatted with a friend of mine who also happens to be a business
lawyer......if you authorize someone to use your credit card, you
cannot
later dispute the charge. the only valid way to dispute a credit
card charge
is if (and only if) the cahrge was not authorized by the card-holder.
apropos to this situation---if yousend them your number, you are
buying the
product......whatever it happens to be. if it isn't as claimed, you
might
have a fraud case in a US court, but international law is a
completely
different animal. basic common sense (unaffected by Zep lust <G>)
should
tell you that anyone using a free, web-based, _untraceable_, and
unsecure
email addy is probably not to be trusted with your credit line.
think about
it---would you send your credit card number to a member of FBO in
lieu of a
blanks-for-boots trade? doubtful. and you've known us for MUCH
longer than
you've known about these guys. heck, nobody has yet figured out
exactly who
or where they are, have they? personally, i wouldn't do it. but,
hey, it's
your $$.
