I am saying that anything that's advertising through hotmail.com has
got to be suspicious.
Use your head, people.
Don't let your lust for having one more "Led Zeppelin"gem from the
vaults
propel you into
making a hugemongous mistake that allows identity theft with the
disclosure
of a credit card number.
No offense to the offerer, but whoever it is need to think about this
from
the point of view of the prospective customers.
Asking for $250 is still no small chunk of change unless you're
loaded with
disposable income.
Also you're treading on territory that's been claimed legally for
distribution.
If this were a mere unauthorized situation with no official
documentation
then, you might not be setting off alarms, however,
this is a commodity that members of Led Zep have specifically said is
under
their authority, which creates a different legal climate.
In addition, what if this offering had an endorsement from someone
respected in the underground trading community?
I sorta thought that couldn't hurt in order for this to be taken
seriously.
This is definitely a buyer beware, caveat emptor kind of situation.
What we need are one time use only transaction numbers, but that's
another
story.
