That is your opinion- I never got into that music until I went to 
college
for radio, and our college station had an alternative/modern rock
format.....I think that bands like that are pretty damn good and I
actually enjoy listening to them. Maybe it is an image to you....I 
never
really liked that sort of music myself until I actually listened to it
without having too much of a choice. People like music that they are
exposed to most of the time. I grew up lsitening to classic rock and
that's how I got into it....I learned in school to be veryy open 
minded to
different styles of music......and you know, some of it is not that 
bad.
People in the past used the above comments for music such as Zeppelin
too.....different strokes for different folks, you know?
