I am TOTALLY stealing that recipe and will unabashedly claim it is my
own when I bring it to various functions and events and buffets.
Man, I haven't even finished typing and I already feel rotten for
stealing. Imma make that recipe soon and I think I will try to finish
it with a garnish on top that looks like this: :O) and I will call
it Frankloaf and tell everyone the story of how I proudly know the guy
I got it from.
And I love all 8 minutes and change of Paradise but my favorite
Meatloaf work was his gig in Rocky Horror.

I like Meatloaf. I prefer to use a blend of 60% ground beef, 25% ground
pork, and 15% ground veal. Sautéed onions and celery seasoned with salt,
pepper, fresh thyme and a bit of garlic. Also I add some tomato product,
typically tomato paste. All is blended together and loaves are formed
which
I then wrap with Apple Wood smoked bacon.
Delicious!
