I can see why Jimmy would be up for more dates more so than JPJ or Plant.  They 
both have other stuff going on that they can concentrate on.

This one is a hard one to call really. 

I was thinking though that with Plant working with Krauss in the country domain 
and JPJ doing the same with Uncle Earl they are both ripe for doing something 
together.  Would be interesting.  Seems like their musical journeys are 
crossing paths again.
