I just hate the way the media spun this one to make Zep look like the 
big bad wolf. Bottom line is the club owner failed to do what every 
other club owner is the US knows to do...get a liscense.  Of course VH 
and LZ were named as the plaintiffs!! ummm it was ascap really, but now 
poor old Vail colorado would be pretty bring had it been Lou Christie.

The club owner broke the law and had ample opportunity to fix it, but 
the publicity was too good !!! And now the shmoe lost the club too... on 
boohooo.
