RE: Wolfmother singer sounds like...Plant?

This is a good band, not great.
The songs are good but not great, seems to be lots of power chords.
Vocals are very good, but not in a Plant fashion.

As I was listening to this I noticed there was NO lead guitar playing.
I thought to myself, "I'd like to hear a solo", then about 6 songs in I got
my solo.  Then I wish I hadn't.

Like I said good band , but not great.IMHO

I saw them play at a university bar mid last year. They put on a good show, 
and their cd is alright. You'd probably like it if you like the white 
stripes. I'd agree with comparisons between the singer and Ozzy... and Jack 
White.
