I don't have the answer but here's a bit of trivia: the Stones did parts of the 
video for "Waiting on a Friend" (Tattoo You, 1981) seated on the front steps of 
the 
Graffiti building. I seem to recall that there's some other claim to fame for 
that 
building, but can't remember what it is. Anyone?
