Well I thought I could throw my two cents on this
issue:
1) If Jason wants to give access to his site only to
those who contribute to it. I think that's great. If I
donated a show to it I would be annoyed if I could not
get on the site because there were to many people
trying to get stuff for nothing from the site.

2.If you don't like the way Jason's server is run, go
build your own site. That's what Don Olker did when he
didn't like the posts on this list. A lot of us don't
like the way that list is run, but give the guy credit
for doing something about it instead of just bitching.

3. If never been a fan of giving shows away for free
via downloads and B&P. One of the reasons is people do
not develop the skills it takes to find new shows.

A case in point was when I got kicked off Don Olker's
list. I posted on a list of 1500 Led Zeppelin
collectors that I had a new alternate source of a
show.
I asked for something a little different (Faith Hill
and Shania Twain) as you remember. Out of those 1500
people, Ahmed Raza was the only person who took the
iniative to go out and search for a show I was looking
for.

Based on my experience of being a lit bit above
average as a Led Zeppelin collector, the best people
to trade with are those who will go out of their way
to find a show for someone. These are the people that
show the most passion and desire for collecting.

4. There's nothing wrong with discussing Presence's
server on this list. It is related to Led Zeppelin
collecting. We discuss other things like good and bad
books, boots, videos, so I don't think it's wrong to
discuss other lists and sites.
When criticizing someone, you should focus on
critizing their actions and behaviour and not the
person. Also one should be consistent with their
views.
An example of this would be someone claiming that the
artwork and packaging on HTTW wasn't important and
then the same person going out and buying the entire
set of the Led zeppelin LP replica CD's.
