Most internet service providers don't have good news access.
So you will probably see a lot of incomplete songs or the group won't
even be carried  by your ISP.
To fix this you will need access to a decent NSP (news service
provider) like Giganews, Easynews or Newscene.
These folks have much better retention and completion of articles.

Unfortunatley they don't give away access for free.
So many people just use their pay access to dl missing parts and get
the rest from their ISP.
Internet Explorer and Netscape are not the best Newsgroup readers.
Many people use a news reader like Agent or Free Agent.
