Holy shit.... I don't know what to say. It is strange, we were all
expecting it, but I ama actually crying. This is one of the first deaths
of a celebrity that has made me cry in a long tiime.

I was 2 when Lennon was shot, just as I was two when Bonzo died. I never
got to expirience the shock of those, I grew up knowing them as dead.

Ironically, when this email came in, "Handle With Care" by the Travelling
Wilburys was playing on my copmputer..... I have been trying to get
cvaught up on email all night and I saw this subject line in my email and
it made me go from a completely comfortable happy mood (I am just getting
over some roguh times) to a very upset, empty feeling......I don't know
what to say.

I think it should be noted that "The Rain Song" was written when George
Harrison said to Jimmy "You music is great but you need some ballads"
Jimmy Page based the main chord on that song with that of George
Harrison's "Something" as performed by the Beatles.

It is a sad time indeed. I am speechless, I have known this ow for 20
minutes and I still cannot compose myself.....

Best wishes to all

Jeremy

PS- I will be doing a Beatles/George/Wilburies weekend all this weekend on
WKIT....feel free to request anything by any of these bands this weekend
while I am doing my overnight shifts.
