RE: CDRWIN question [NZC]

That's because it doesn't, Jeff. I used a cracked CDRwin for over a
year and never once had a problem with discs or my hard drive...
and I have software that can detect when programs other than the
one's I've registered under it (such as IE, my mail program, instant
messengers) try to send packets out to the internet. (this software
basically detects trojans, but if CDRwin were to try to send
information to GoldenHawk saying I've been naughty, my software
would detect it and even go as far as to tell me what port it sent it
out!)

On that note, I did finally buy it a couple of months ago, and urge
everybody else to as well, as it is a great product, and its
creator(s) should be rewarded for making it. I just don't see
anything wrong with trying it out for a few weeks at full speed
before seeing if you want to buy it or not. (I mean... who the hell
wants to burn at 1x... yeesh!)

As for me... yeah I know I said that I used it for about a year, when
I said I see nothing wrong with using a cracked version for a few
weeks to test it out before buying it... but that's because I'm lazy
:P
