EZ CD Creator 5 & Plextor Tools [NZC]

I was wondering if anyone on the list has the same (or maybe used to 
have
the same) configuration on their PC.  I had EZ 4.0, then upgraded to 
EZ 5.0
and always had Plextor Manager 2000 installed.  However, until recent 
times
when I do my imaging/burning using DiskDupe 2000, my PC will reboot 
during
mid-process.  I haven't been able to nail down the solution yet, but 
I was
wondering if anyone had problems using EZ 5.0 and if so, what type of
problems you experienced and what you did to solve them.  My next 
step is to
test the RAM, cuz I think it is more a memory issue than software, 
but then
again, with my boot of Win98, I ONLY have Plex Tools loaded, no EZ 
(EZ only
in Win2k boot); dual-boot system.
