That's true and session players were used on several tracks, but you 
can bet
your ass that it's Perry and Whitford playing Train live on all the 
boots I
have.  I also think that Aerosmith's version of Train Kept A Rollin'
destroys The Yardbirds and Zeppelin's versions.
