   When I used to work with these in the Zeppelin Digital days, all I 
needed 
was a program called mkwACT. You can download it here:

   It's been a while. Will that project ever get off the ground 
again? Sure 
helped elliminate imperfect discs. If you search on hotfiles.com you 
will 
find others.
