If you are talking about the Japanese dealer I think you are you 
might want
to check your facts.  The one I believe you are referring to sells 
both new
and USED boots and the USED ones are much cheaper.  Check the fine 
print.
Now you may be getting new prodct, not slightly used, but at that 
price
difference I bet you aren't.  Check it out.
