Imperial Kezar Leaf Signups

G'day all. Please no more Branch signups I have plenty to supply the leaves.

This is to ask for leaves to signup up to the Imperial Kezar Tree.

Leaves please send me the following email:

Subject: Kezar Leaf

In the body write, all on one line and comma delimited (it's going into 
a spreadsheet) the following:

Name, State, Country, email address

eg Les Sutton, Queensland, Australia, lsutton1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you don't have a state as such leave it blank but include the commas:

eg Les Sutton, , Australia, lsutton1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

You have until Monday next week, 20 Aug, to get on. The structure will 
be up soon after that on my site.

James P is handling the artwork creation for a fat triple jewel case 
using 300 dpi scans from the original casing. These will also be posted 
once I have them.

A very big public thanks to Jeff Roy for giving his silvers an Aussie 
holiday, it was much appreciated.
