What the hell Fireclown!! This list is F**king sick of
this ocult shit.. GrrrrrrHrrrrr ... How may times do
we have to listen to you weirdos draging out this
meatophysical bullshit onto our list. Lets just talk
about the music, thats all that matter in Zeppelin
..... Take this bull over to physical graffiti and
yammer on and on about Celts, Vikings and smack
induced symbologie...but I don't want any part of it.
> so if you don't like posts about esoterica, delete
> now!!!**
And what the hell does exotericia mean anyway... like
I said keep it to the music that way I don't have to
think.
> got bored
Oh no !!! She got bored.. you know, people do the
strangest things when they are bored... Like writing
letters to everyone in their address book...and not
getting any responses because people are either too
busy or too lazy to return the gesture...and some of
those same people never return e-mails either...go
figure.
> found some interesting stuff
Someone should make a web page about all the ZOSO
theories..... Any takers ??? I can't because HTML and
I had a fight the other night and I need a break.

Could be. But what would be the magical implications
of turning a symbol on its side ?

I remember hearing somewhere that it is also one of
the symbols for Amber which I found interesting
because Amber is the protective stone for
entertainers.

It can also symbolize the alchemical universe..with
the large O being the macrocosim and the dot being the
microcosim.

Interesting

Interesting theory..unfortunatly I don't have a
personal ZOSO theory, I only have my theories on why
it was created. But your analysis is the most rational
and likely of all the ones I have heard...good job :)
I enjoyed it...hopefully others will.

Reminds me of a day a couple of years ago when I heard Jeff Buckley
had taken an evening swim in the Mississippi river and disappeared.
I remember that day rather vividly. The sense of shock and loss.
Which should seem unwarranted in the sense that you're not personally
related but... all the same, achingly tragic loss.
Same for Bonzo. Such a waste.
But on to other matters....

Um...... reality check? Hello? The patient's mind is flatlining...
uh-oh, we're losing him... Houston we're in trouble!

I find the level of hostility to Plant and the degree of cunning and
malevolent intent attributed to him on this list often nothing short
of bordering on the insane. I mean really... one of the greatest
guitarists in rock history - he's going to water down his guitar
parts?!? Have you ever tried to tell a guitarist - let alone imagine
telling Page - to ease back?! ;-) No, seriously, Jimmy's doing this
thing, it's called playing for the song. Any musician with his head
in the right place aspires to it.

Since when do you Page devotees get off on prog?! ;-) Your slavish
attempts to prostrate yourselves at the feet of John Paul Jones - in
the process rewriting history and surreptitiously moving JPJ closer
to the centre of the stage - are nothing short of bizarre. JPJ's
great but he writes music rather than songs... personal taste I guess.
You make Zooma sound like ZZ Top - "testosterone driven rock" - um,
excuse me... it's not "Sticky Fingers". Actually, that testosterone
thing sounds like it might be more like Motley Crue... ahem.
Although that comment about Charlie Jones's solo album the other day,
that takes the cake. That's really sad behaviour, and the sort of
pathetic one-upmanship and closemindedness that turns me off a lot of
the "fan" scene. Zeppelin is not some sort of religion.

Yeah, when I think of Zeppelin I think of Jonesy in his goddamn
Carmen Miranda greengrocer jacket from "TSRTS" seated behind his
keyboard playing "Amazing Grace" or some other interminably
uninteresting solo waffle - gee, I want a poster of that on my
wall - NOT! :-)

Uh, yeah? Check out "The Fragile" sometime. That's also why JPJ's on
DGM and not Sony.
I'd like to strap you to a chair and torture you with the second side
of Bowie's "Low" album sometime. ;-) (Brilliant album incidentally -
that should be lost vinyl masterpiece for this week hot on the heels
of Uncle Syd last week, which is a great album too, although for very
different reasons!)
> the best and I hope your CD goes platinum. And if it don't then to
The chances of that are astronomically small. For good reason... the
record buying public in general are not Page obsessives and often
like pleasant pop ditties to listen in the car on the way to and from
work, and while they're vacuuming. I don't think Zooma is going to
"float their boat" so to speak. ;-)
> You rock and have restored my hope for modern music.
You are taking the piss aren't you?
See ya,
Steve.
