My turn.........

Wow, wish I could say some great things about the fest......unfortunately, 
there aren't many.  As always it was great to hang out with friends I've made 
over the years.  Problem was, a lot of them didn't show up!  Was nice to hang 
with some new friends, but to my knowledge, only 25 rooms were booked at the 
hotel.  Very low attendance.  The hotel was a nice place, but as many others 
have said, expensive!  The video screening was not a good time.  This was 
supposed to be social time.  Instead, we were throw into a darken room with 
LOUD videos playing.  There should have been another room set up like in 
Niagara, for people that just wanted to chat!  Hard to understand why the 
fest itself was not at the hotel.  The club that it was at was a long 
distance, (3 miles) from the hotel, and it was in a bad neighborhood.  Lots 
of security happening, for sure.  The jam was fun, too bad it wasn't 
organized, but we know the story behind that.  Think I read that the jam may 
be taken out.  Wow, best thing all weekend, and its going to be trashed???  
Why is it called "FBO" jam?  Can't we just call it a 'JAM'???  Eric's 
suggestion on how to work this is the best.  Integrate the tribute bands with 
the jammers.  That would be a blast!   What's up with the White playing one 
block from the hotel Saturday night???  All in all, it was nice to have time 
off and party with friends, but the lack of proper Zeppelin at the convention 
was a major bummer.  No guitar pin!!!!  Who needs Rick Barrett????  WE DO!!!  
No program!!!!  Wow, got a cup.  I have done enough ranting, but I think I 
have made my point.  One last thing, beware of those bearing cots, do not 
grant their wishes.
