Oh, my friend, such a bold statement to say. All can say is
listen to Dazed in Confused during the solo, and to the
Lemon Song. And after that, you think he is overrated, then
you need to reevaluate what a good bass player is, cause
I sure would like to know what your thoughts are on it.
I have mixed emotions on his exclusion from the Page/Plant
projects. I think it was in fact a dick move that they didn't even
say something to him, but they didn't really have an obligation
to include him. It would have been nice though to say something
though.
I have always thought that JPJ liked to be in the back away
from all the shit going on. He was different then the other
members. He is a reserved guy, so I think he just played
his instruments, and let the others catch the light. Well,
enough of my thoughts...
