But anyway, to answer your question - something's not right there, and you
need to get more info or clarify exactly what's being offered. Zep 1 didn't
come out in mono as a commercial release - there *may* have been mono promo
pressings (though I've never seen one of 1, I have of 2 & 3), which would
be white label versions, but these would not have been shrinkwrapped and
thus could not be "unopened."
An original, commercial release of Zep 1, still shrinkwrapped, is worth
about $25 - $40.
A mono white label promo would probably go somewhere in the neighborhood of
$400 to $500, maybe more.
