Re: Tickets

Last big concerts I saw: Pink Floyd at the Chateau de Versailles and
the Stones in Paris. Last century. When? I don't remember. Never mind.
Expensive. I don't want any more to pay to stand in a crowd and watch a SCREEN.

There's a little concert hall (200 people) in my hometown, Rochefort,
in an ancient powder magazine, part of the arsenal. If you have a look at its
site, you can see the program:
        http://www.lapoudriere-rochefort.net/accueil/accueil.html
Usually, there's a local band playing first. I don't want to lie and
say they're all extraordinary! But it's a good thing to give them the
opportunity to play…

Last Sunday, we had the Londoners THE BISHOPS. They even shot a video:

I really enjoy going to such a place, being close to the musicians and
feel the bass vibrating in my bones!.. Most of the times I'm glad to discover
talented people I didn't know before (Jim Yamouridis, Nibs Van Der Spuy…).

Oh, yes, how much? 6,50 or 7 €.

That doesn't mean I'll never more go to a big gig. But I appreciate
having such opportunities (5 mn drive from home…).
