Pam, I for one think you're entitled to moan all you want! It sucks  
that the weather kept you from attending a show you were really  
looking forward to, and it sucks that there's seemingly no refund  
policy flexible enough to accommodate situations like the one you  
(and probably many other Philly-area fans) unfortunately fell victim to.

I hope you get another chance to catch BoJ sometime soon. I saw the  
first of the two Toronto shows last Saturday (yes, I know, rest of  
FBO, I really should post up some kind of review!) and I thought it  
was positively enthralling from start to finish.
