Hey Chris, long time no write!I remembered you'd posted this question. There was a charge of $18.82 Canadian, payable (try to have exact change, it'll help!) to the FedEx deliveryperson: GST on the book, a $10 fee (brokerage I guess), plus GST on top of that.
The good news is Genesis are declaring a value for duty of only $150 US, instead of the real value of the book.
I've noticed that there have been a handful that have received the book so far, but neglected to pay attention to their countries of origin. Any Canadians get it yet? If so, what's the additional cost aboveand beyond what you paid to order it (i.e. customs charges, etc.)?
