If I recall correctly, it's made out of a heavy plastic. The only way to make
it out of that is to create a mold and pour. I've looked into this sort of
thing for work and it's very expensive.
Ceramic is interesting - you could get one, make a mold of it, then bang them
out in any local crafts place. Not sure how durable they'd be, particularly to
ship around.
I remember when I first got on ebay some 13 years or so ago, a couple of what
purported to be original Objects went for well under $500. Damn!

What is the object made of? We can sacrafice 1 and use it for a negative mold
made out of silicone, than replicate it with a concrete or plaster like
material. Thoughts.
