I must say that the movie was incredible. I only hope it will be a 2 DVD
release with tons of outtakes, as I am sure there is a lot of great footage
that didn't get used. It was very cool to see Jimmy go back to Headley
Grange and show where Bonzo recorded the drums for When The Levee Breaks.
We've all heard/read the stories for years, so to see the actual place was a
treat. I also loved seeing Jimmy play some records and get so excited &
happy listening to them. When he puts on Link Wray's "Rumble" he grins from
ear to ear and air guitars along with the music, which I'm sure all of us
have done with Zeppelin more times than we can count. The Edge and Jack
White stop and stare in amazement when Pagey tears into the opening riff of
"Whole Lotta Love". What I wouldn't give to have that same opportunity. I
may go see it again on Monday and I will definitely go again in 2 weeks when
it opens in Ft. Worth ( I drove 30+ minutes to get to the theater last
night).
