Hi All
I trust that you are all keeping well.
Thanks to everyone who replied to me regarding 'John Bonhams Drum Kits' e-mail
below, it was much appreciated and please let me know if anyone comes across
any more info on his drum kits.
I see that there is a lot of 'bootleg' live footage of 'Led Zeppelin' out there
including film and pictures, I was wondering if anyone had footage of the band
recording in the studio be it film or pictures of if there was somewhere I
could find studio footage/pictures or just general info on 'Led Zep' in the
recording studio/locations.
I look forward to hearing from you and thanks in anticipation.
Cheers
Waynne

Subject: John Bonhams Drum Kits
Hi Every one at FBO
I trust that you
are keeping well.
I am a big 'Led Zeppelin' fan and especially a fan of
'John Bonham' as I am a drummer myself.
Please could you help me out with
pointing me in the right direction regarding 'John Bonhams' drum kits that he
used when in 'Led Zeppelin'?
I would really like to know every thing
there is possible to know about his kits. I know that he used 'Ludwig Drums',
what I would like to know is what series he used and from what periods to/from,
what colour they were, when they were issued/given to him, what serial numbers
they were and what size drums for all the live and recording/studio kits he
used?
I am very interested in finding out any and all info
on his studio and live drum kits, especially the Ludwig Stainless Steel
kit and would love to see any studio pictures of 'Bonhams' kits, I have seen a
lot of live shots but none from the studio.
This would be great if you can help and thanks in
anticipation.
I look forward to hearing from
you.
Thanks
Waynne
