That article is trying to make a connection between the contract in
the image and Led Zeppelin. As stated last month. Reid was contracted
to RAK Records as a solo artist by Mickie Most. If you recall Grant's
interviews with Dave Lewis, he (Grant) never toured Scandinavia in
1968 with Led Zeppelin, opting instead to stay in London and continue
working at RAK Management. Led Zeppelin after returning from
Scandinavia would within days start recording their debut album circa
to the date displayed on in the image. The contract shown is an
example of what Grant did for RAK - he organised contracts for the
rostered artists as well as arranging bookings and promotion from his
London office he shared with Most. It is a contract for a Reid solo
appearance at The Marquee and is not connected with anything to do
with Led Zeppelin as such. Thank you for the link.
