Re: "You'll have to ask Robert"/Happy New Year FBO

My thoughts are that Jimmy really doesn't want anyone but Robert the original
and un-replaceable singer (it sure does appear that way). It's Robert or
nothing for him. I would love Jimmy to do anything (with any musicians that
inspire him) just make some new music, but it really does appear his heart is
not in it, if it was we would be hearing something by now! It's really a pity
because we all know he has lots more in him to unleash, but we must respect his
wishes desires as we should also respect Robert's and JPJ.

I'd like to take a moment and wish everyone a real great start to the new year
and decade...long live Led Zeppelin's magick for many more to discover and
love! Happy New Year FBO

keep a coolin...X

But it's tough to go into the future without knowing the past. What
I'd like to know is if Jimmy really ever had his heart in being in a
band in 2008 and 2009 with John Paul Jones, Jason Bonham and anybody
else on the planet besides Robert Plant. That's the one point that
none of the above characters has addressed.

To me, it seems more and more as though Jimmy never gave Myles Kennedy
(or any other singer on the planet) the time of day, other than an
opportunity to hang around and fill in for Robert. Do you agree,
disagree, or think it's not even worth thinking about since 2010
finally holds the promise of new Jimmy work?
