Damn this PAL!!! After the last time I switched regions and stuff on my 
DVD burner I can no longer burn PAL DVDS!!! 

Anyone know of a PAL to NTSC converter that I can use as a work around 
as the re-encoding anal gawdz at these torrent sites are getting out of 
hand.
