If he drooled, it could be cleaned up in the DVD.  

I would hope that the reasons would not be vanity-based.  Hopefully, it's
just too much effort and not enough time?

I vaguely remember someone who attended the O2 show saying that Jimmy was
drooling during certain points of the show. Could this be the reason for the
dvd not being released ?
