DVD burning question

DVD noob here! I need your advice on the best way to burn shows to DVD. =
(I've got the Third Eye show) Never done it before, so I'd like to find =
the best program and instructions. I've looked on the web but the =
choices are confusing to me. Help would be MUCH appreciated!
