Hmmmm. Page appears to be credited on Jugula verbally only!
As for songwriting credits, BMI records show that all songs on that
album were composed solely by Roy Harper -- except for "Hope," which
is credited to both Harper and... oh... David Gilmour. Not Jimmy Page.
So, while Page gets his name on the cover and a nod from Harper in
interviews saying he contributed, did he do all that work (including
some album promotion with festival dates and a TV interview) so that
he wouldn't be rewarded with any royalties?
And since Page isn't listed as a songwriter on a single one of these
eight tracks, does that mean Page is responsible for one less original
album than Steve Thomson said? It's beginning to look more like Jimmy
was a glorified session man for an entire Roy Harper album.
