Couldn't agree more. I can never explain to people who don't use the internet much how "web friendships" are just as real and important as "real life" friendships. If not for FBO I could never have shared my passion for Zepp. Before the internet all I could do was to write letters to my favourite magazine, and sometimes see one pop up in the pages of said mag (Rock and Folk) and know my prose was being read. All the friends I met here are friends for life that's for sure. If I hadn't been that high from having my tickets I sure would have started to cry when we (Rob, not Dave lol, and I) arrived at the Pilot. It made the whole adventure so much better and intense. One of the coolest things was meeting Sunilla and Dave Davies at the Pilot inn. I have been friends it seems with Sunilla since the first moment this whole FBO thingy got started. Exchanging emails, pictures birth announcements, sad news all these long years and finally there we were in person. It was sureal to be able to give someone a hug you had "known" for so long yet never met.It really was a special moment.
I never thought that I'd get to meet you or TangerineMan for real one day! The power of Led Zeppelin!
