NZC - Audio Player Query

Looking for the foo_shn plug-in for Foobar2000 (v0.9.5 if that
matters) if anyone has it.  Apparently I'm not qualified to operate
the mkwACT program... I seem to have a lot of trouble with it, and I'd
love to be able to decode shn to wav on the fly with Foobar as I'm
able to do with flac files.

I know that paragraph doesn't really look like English, but hopefully
someone will be able to help me out.  All the foo_shn links I find no
longer seem to work.
