Re: HD-DVD, remastered TSRTS and London

On a good note: They're already making players that will play
*both* HD & Blu-Ray formats, albeit they're quite expensive at this
time. However, to coin a phrase, it's just a matter of time before
these $1000 price tags come down to something more affordable to the
masses. Point being: you have gone with the HD DVD format player for
now, and will probably amass many HD DVDs. Later, if the format
disappears, at least when you purchase a new player for Blu-Ray
capability, you can get a multi-format player. That makes me
wonder...........do HD or Blu-Ray players also play standard DVDs or
CDs too, like most of today's DVD players? The one I have now plays
about anything (save for HD & Blu-Ray). I, myself, don't plan on
getting into *either* of the new formats any time soon.........Hell,
I'm still quite pleased with "standard" DVD at this point.
