Another oddity -- anybody else hear how distorted John Paul Jones's
bass gets for three seconds on "Heartbreaker" on Mothership? Right
between 1:00 and 1:02, it actually sounds pretty horrible -- rather
distracting. This has to be something unique to the new mix; I can't
believe I would have missed this ever before. It's not good!

I thought I'd blown a subwoofer. Until I played it on three other systems
with the same results. It's just too much bass. (that's 4 diff. systems I
played it on, same results!)
Glad to know it's not my subwoofers!
BTW, I wasn't even going to buy this, which I ended up getting the deluxe
version yesterday, after listening to the entire two disc free online, but I
decided only the official disc and my real stereo systems would let me know
how it really sounded. SO what I initially wasn't going to waste my money on, I
purchased anyway. What can I say, just a diehard Zep fan, and if says Led Zep
on it. I must own it! NO, I feel compelled to OWN it!

P.S. When these disc's are "mixed" or whatever the finishing procedure is,
do they not listen to them at a decent volume? I mean someone should have
realized the bass is just TOO MUCH!!
