TSRTS Collector's Edition sold out in some regions

My apologies if this has been discussed but my current
90-hour work week prevents me from going through all
posts.

Can someone tell me just how limited the collectors
edition in the USA is?  I was wondering because I
noticed that it is already sold out on pre-order in
Japan.
