ManicNirvana is giving me a pain now. I really liked
Beads of Time (the predecessor) but the WebMistress
really needs new medication now - she apparently hates
Page, because he's the only collaborator Plant has
that she won't acknowledge! She likes to talk about
only dealing with Robert solo - except WHEN did that
happen? He ALWAYS works/writes songs with other
people!!!!! But if it's Jimmy, she won't talk about
it now - including the Page/Plant shows & cds!
As for romantic hook-ups, she totally denies that
Robert (bless him) has ever been a player, & won't
allow such detrimental musings. Duh - what's such a
site for, anyway? The only reason I go over there
anymore is to look at the pics & check out Robert
concert dates (the ones NOT with Jimmy & JP LOL)
As for Alison/RP - I'm so sure HE'D be all about her,
but she's a country girl at heart - I think she's got
a family :D
Robert does look smitten tho LOL

Is Manic Nirvana the Plant-loving forum that was said
to deny that the
02
show is happening?! I don't follow it, either,
because that odd
mindset is
so foreign to my nature. And I can't blindly
"rubber-stamp" for good
(or
bad) *any* member of Led Zeppelin's solo work (which
I'd think is
required
to demonstrate blind idolatry). I either like or
dislike the music
based on
my personal preferences, and for me, *nothing* done
post-Zep can equal
what
Led Zeppelin achieved as a band. I'm not immune to
being curious about
the
behind-the-scenes lives of the LZ guys and have
occasionally had fun
with
posts on that in the past, but a STEADY diet of
talking about such
things
with other females would leave me incredibly bored!
So I have no idea what the prevailing thought is about
any personal
relationship between Alison Krauss and Robert. All I
can say is, he
seems
pretty *intense* in those interview segments, and of
course madly
passionate
about his current project (as he always is). Whether
that passion is
channeled solely into the music being produced, or
also channeled
elsewhere
with Ms. Krauss, well - your guess is as good as mine!
