Royal-Orleans downloading?

   I just signed up on Royal-Orleans.com, but did I have the wrong
idea about it? Somehow I thought there was some torrenting going on
there. Was I wrong? When I click on "The Downloads" link from the
homepage, it just takes me to the forum page. What gives? Couldn't
find anything about that in the FAQs.
