Yes, well being able to play guitar the way Jimmy Page does kinda makes 
a person stand out and qualify for superstardom a bit more than 
twiddling some knobs in a control room.

What I've always read is that Jimmy told Johns the sound he wanted and 
Johns got it for him. In other words, Jimmy had the vision and knew what 
he wanted and Glyn "made it so." Kinda like Jean-Luc Picard and William 
T. Riker. :)
