JPJ played mandolin and backed Robyn Hitchcock on Gigolo Aunt. I
couldn't see him on stage for 'Bike', but there were a lot of
musicians playing at the concert (probably 40+). Definitely no sign
of Jimmy.
To be honest the version of Arnold Layne was pretty shambolic - it
sounded like they got together in the afternoon and practised it once.
However, it wasn't as shambolic as Kate McGarrigle & Martha
Wainwright doing See Emily Play (as arranged for piano and cello!).
There were plenty of people filming it on phones so I'd expect parts
of the concert will appear on Youtube in the near future.
