What I'm curious about is the following:

Can the "plaintiffs" (Zep or Van Halen) issue a license agreement to an
establishment allowing the use of their songs? If so, does that mean I
can open a venue and get a license from "Led Zeppelin" hence only
allowing their music to be performed there?
