nzc: SURVEY- TO ALL THAT RESPONDED

If you filled out a survey and I did not respond please let me know. I 
have compiled all of the responses and now need to format it and compose 
my summary. The entire version will be posted on the admin list shortly, 
and within the next few days I will design a summarry for the FBO list and 
post HTML format of the complete results on the web for all to see.
