When you try to register, you will usually get a message saying that it is full 
to its capacity. However, they are constantly clearing out old accounts, or 
accounts with really bad ratios. Someone told me that they do a clearout at 6 
minutes past the hour and every ten minutes from then, so if you apply at 
exactly 6 minutes past, you stand a better chance of getting an account. I took 
their advice and it worked! It still took 3 or 4 attempts, but I did get an 
account. It's worth a bit of effort as they do have an excellent range of stuff.
