2. Silver bootlegs are the original 'bought' CD rather than a CDR copy.
3. I would imagine most people get them either from bittorrents or from vines.
I don't know when I last saw a tree.
4. There are certainly such lists available - I don't have a link to them at
the moment - if I can find one I'll post it later.
