Bittorent problems - please HELP!!

Nech mentioned in his appeal to the masses for Zepp content and first
bootleg experiences etc that "and at a touch of a button shows arrive on
our hard drive.." I presume he was talking about bittorent and streaming
etc. Ive never been able to "do this" despite the best advice from Von
about what I need to download [ive lost that email so I cant refer to
it] shows.
However I have downloaded loads of music and a few films from a download
site called MORPHEUS which is easy to use and I only mention to show Im
familiar with the general concept of downloading.
Sooooo would someone out there tell me in words I will understand [not
too much techno gibberish please] how to download Zepp shows, ie the
websites [if any] and what I need to download - feel free to list any
links.
On a slightly more "Zepp content" friendly subject, like most people the
first Zepp boot I heard was in 1971 when my friend produced a copy of
BlueBerry Hill on the flying[?] pig label. I think it was on green vinyl
too. It was amazing to hear Zepp actually playing live then, as then it
was impossable to hear never mind see Zepp playing live on the radio or
tv. Even tho i was really excited to hear them playing live - like being
at a gig - the sound quality didnt impress me much - my current
traded for on FBO Blueberry Hill dble cdr is excellent and probabaly one
of my favourite boots i own , even though i prefer later era Zepp set
lists. I think my first boot was either the Destroyer or Listen to this
Eddie, again acquired as a b&p through one of the many lovely genourous
people this list seems to have in abundance.
Which leads me on to Jeremys survey......the strong point of this list
is as ive just said, the generosity and willingness of so many people
here to share their boot collection with others and make it easliy
available and cheap to acquire. Ive got around 60 shows from various
people on this list and have never had to pay or send anything other
than blanks and /or postage and in some cases nothing except my address.
And apart from one transaction which is into its 13th month now [and i
will be naming and shaming here if it doesnt arrive by the end of the
month - you have been warned!!] ive never been bitten in the ass with
anyone from this list so far.
I actually enjoy the so called non Zepp content and like a little
controversy and "frank exchange of views" as it keeps the list lively,
and doesnt do any harm as long as it doesnt get out of hand and go on
too long [ tho that can be entertaining too] and this is where list
admin should step in and say [like in the Piano guy sagas] that theyre
removing further content from the list. And that isnt censorship its
editing so whats the problem?
And finally after the Zepp induction to the hall of fame anyone know why
only JP showed up on his own? It makes someones [cant remember who said
about it] reunion wish a bit redundant if thats the attitude of the
existing memebers. Tho maybe Jonesy was chaufferring Robert to the gig
and got lost in the car park on arrival....? Sorry just kidding! And if
the impossable dream ever happened who would you like to see on the drum
stool [apart from Bonzo obviously].? My vote goes to Free's Simon Kirke.
A drummer in Bonzos power house "less is more" style - just listen to
the intro of Cant Get Enough, very Bonzoesque - just a thought.
Hope to hear some replies to my bittorent show download problems from
you good FBO peeps ;--D
